How should I store baked goods?
To keep your treats fresh and delicious, here’s how we recommend storing each type:
Cakes: Store in the refrigerator and enjoy within 3–4 days. Let your cake sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavour.
Breads: Keep in an airtight container or bread bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze.
Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. To keep them soft, you can add a small piece of bread or a slice of apple to the container.
Macarons: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For the best flavor, bring them to room temperature before serving.
Muffins: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Can I freeze your products?
Yes! Most of our baked goods freeze beautifully.
Cakes and Muffins: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
Breads: Slice before freezing and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Toast or warm in the oven to refresh.
Cookies: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 6 weeks. They’ll taste freshly baked once thawed at room temperature.
Macarons: We don’t recommend freezing macarons, as it can affect their delicate texture.
